Lost and Found -
Any items in the lost and found that are not claimed will be donated to Goodwill at the end of 1st semester.
Physical Form -
It is required by all athletes to complete a physical form in order to participate in high school athletics. A printable physical is available here. Page 1 Page 2
Family Passes -
Family passes may be purchased at any time in the activities
office. Family passes are good for all home games (except
for tournaments and state run events) for the entire school
year. Please note: Students athletes are required to pay
for admission to games of which they are not a playing member.
So, a season pass is the economical way to support their
friends.
A+ Program -
Interested in $5000 for community college or technical? Enroll in the A+ Program. See Ms. Eudy or Mrs. Beerman in the A+ Office today to get an enrollment form.
