In an effort to enhance educational opportunities for high school students, the Missouri State Legislature established the Outstanding Schools Act (OSA) of '93, which includes the provisions of the A+ Schools Program. Once designated as an A+ School, the City of St. Charles School District graduates who meet specific A+ criteria will be eligible to receive reimbursement for tuition, books and general fees to attend any public community college, vocational or technical school in the state.
