SPECIAL EDUCATION

Lewis & Clark has a Vocational Resource Educator (VRE) on staff to assist students with Individual Educational Programs when the classroom instructor is unable to meet their needs. The VRE serves as a liaison to all of the sending high schools in St. Charles County with their building Work Experience Coordinator (WEC). The VRE also coordinates services with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, facilitates placement in appropriate career and technical education classes/programs, works closely with instructors, parents, and community resources as well as provides resource services as requested by the students.
