Linda is a retired teacher and administrator. She taught at Coverdell, Hardin and Lincoln for a total of 21 years. She was principal for 7 years at Lincoln and 5 years at Harris Elementary. In 2003, Linda was chosen as the Outstanding Principal for the St. Louis area.
She is a 1967 graduate of SCHS. Linda holds a bachelor's degree from Northeast Missouri State University, and a Master's and Advanced Certification in Elementary Administration from UMSL.
Linda and her husband, Don, own a decking business. They have three grown children; Dori, Dana and Drew are all graduates of St. Charles West High School.

Dr. Donna Towers was elected to the Board in 2004. She is a retired teacher and administrator from the St. Charles School District. Dr. Towers is currently an assistant professor in the graduate education division of Lindenwood University.
She and her husband, Tom, their son, Chad, and daughter, Samantha, are all graduates of SCHS. Her husband is a personnel manager for St. Charles County and both children are educators.

Mike Thorne was elected to the Board of Education in April 2007.
After graduating from St. Charles High School in 1969, he served in the United States Marine Corps. His Bachelor of Science Degree was awarded from Southeast Missouri State University in Special Education. He received a Masters in Sport Science Sport Management in 1991.
His teaching career spanned 28 years in the St. Charles School District, beginning at Hardin and retiring from St. Charles High School in 2005.
His wife, 2 sons and 2 daughters-in-law are graduates of St. Charles High School. He currently has 2 grandsons that attend Blackhurst and Null elementary. His wife, son and daughter-in-law all teach in the district.

Tim was first elected to the school board in 2009. He has worked in the construction industry for the past 23 years.
Tim was a 1978 St. Charles High School graduate, and 1982 graduate of Southwest Missouri State University. He is an active member and past president of the St. Charles Sunrise Rotary. Tim and his family attend Immanuel Lutheran Church where Tim has served on the Board of Elders, School Board of Parochial Education, and Intermediate Ushers.
His wife Terri, a math teacher in our district, graduated from St. Charles High in 1979. Tim and Terri have two children, Joe and Erin, both graduates of St. Charles High School. Joe is a recent graduate of Maryville University and Erin is completing her freshman year at Missouri University of Science & Technology (formerly UM-Rolla).

Mr. Hallemeier was elected to the Board of Education in 2008. He is a retired teacher and counselor.
He graduated from St. Charles High School, Southwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor's degree in Education and the University of Missouri/St. Louis with a Master's degree in Counselor Education.
He retired from education in 2008 after a career teaching high school social studies, middle school physical education and health and serving as a guidance counselor at Jefferson Middle School for twenty-two years. He has coached high school baseball, softball and track.
His wife, Becky, is a special education teacher at Jefferson Middle School. They have three sons. Ben and Sam attend the University of Missouri in Columbia. Joe is a junior at St. Charles West High School.

Lori Gibson was elected to the school board in April of 2008. She is a freelance actress and an avid volunteer in the community, working with such groups as Habitat for Humanity and the Saint Charles School District. She also works part-time for the State of Illinois, training officers in crisis intervention.
Lori has lived in Saint Charles for thirty-two years with her husband Rick, a flavor chemist for Firmenich Inc. Their daughter, Courtney, is a 2003 graduate of Saint Charles High. She will graduate summa cum laude this spring from the University of Missouri -St. Louis.
